Welcome to Creating a sanctuary for your well being. By registering for and/or attending this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Registration and Payment

  • Registration: All participants must register for the event. The event organiser reserves the right to deny admission to any person who has not registered.

  • Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your registration.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Participant:

    • Cancellations made before 01/01/26 will receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made after 01/01/26 are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by Organiser: We reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason, including but not limited to, low attendance, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. We are not responsible for any other costs you may incur, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

3. Media and Photography

  • Consent: You grant the event organizer permission to use your likeness in photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes. This may include social media, websites, and marketing materials.

  • Opt-out: If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a staff member upon arrival.
